In this FAQs section you will find the answers regarding our manufacturing services, processes and also about Experto.

We offer no MOQ policy which means there is no restriction on the quantity of products. You can order as much low quantity production as you want.

We do offer quantity discounts over large quantity orders and also offer seasonal accounts to our regular customers. The higher quantity you will order the more discounts you will get.

We provide pre-production sampling facility. You only have to provide us with complete details about your product including, size, fabric type, designing, or custom printing etc.  After creating the sample, we will send it to you. The production process will only start once you approve the sample. But keep in mind this service may have some extra charges.

If you somehow fail to reply us or send us your approval, we will put your order on hold and will only start once we get your confirmation.

Yes, you will find the catalogue of each of our listed product on our website. But maybe you couldn’t find some products in our listed catalogues as the new products are updated everyday.  So in case you are looking for new design, just provide us your custom product’s specifications and our team will guide you through the next process. As we are able manufacturer any new kind of apparel product according to client’s given specifications.

We will send you full proofs prior to starting our production. You can ask us pics and videos as you want until you are fully satisfied. We will keep you updated at every step of manufacturing and will not cut, sew, print, sublimate, or design any garment without your approval.

The order turnaround totally depends on the given project, the quantity of order (as large orders take more time), manufacturing process and the customization options selected. But usually, it takes less time than the first production period as we don’t need to wait for approvals this time.

We believe that our customers should be fully aware about how their products are being made. So, we provide our customers with live broadcast of production on demand. We will surely inform you if there any delay occurs in our production due to some issues.

Yes, we also do provide rush order service. You just need to indicate us that your order should me rushed before ordering. We may not be able to accomplish your request if you tell us after submitting your order as we already schedule the production after receiving order.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any request for order cancellation.

The payment is due once you place an order.  But the percentage of payment is totally dependent on order quantity and product type.

We accept payments from Debit cards, Credit cards and Bank transfers.

If you want to re-order, just contact us through email or call on our given number.

To check you order status, you can just email us  and our customer service representative will provide you full details about your order.
